We had a minimal hail damage to our roof but discovered in the process of checking it out that we had a more serious problem of mold lining the inside of our OSB because of a venting problem. This was a huge problem not only as a threat to our home but because one of my children is allergic to mold. I called 5 different local companies that were recommended to me by different people. AJ was the first person I was able to talk to. He came out that same week to check things out and give an estimate. I was only ever able to get one other company to even come out to look. Once they realized it was a cash job and not insurance nobody was interested or cared to call me back including the one company that came out to do an estimate-they never followed through or gave me the estimate even after I called back several times. Even if they could have been bothered most were warning that getting the job done would be 6-8 weeks out and I couldn't have mold continuing to grow. AJ messaged or called back within a few hours (usually within minutes) every time I contacted him. He actually showed care about our family and the health issue.

A week after I told him I wanted him to do the job he fit us in on the weekend since his crews were also busy with hail jobs. His prices were good and he included clean up of the old shingles from our shed roof that my husband had done himself. When I told him I was nervous he made sure I knew what was being done at what price, had copies of permits, knew where supplies were bought so I could call and verify, sent pictures of roofs they were working on so I could see their work, and delivered all supplies BEFORE cashing my deposit check. He made allowances and time for my husband to get up on the roof and fix the soffit venting issue while the OSB was off so that we didn't have to bring in the siding company and pay to have it done. His guys also helped my husband remove the gutter so we could fix the facia board ourselves and save money. He personally sat at our property most of Saturday and supervised. Yes, they were a few hours late on Saturday but I was warned that was a possibility with all the rain that week and he messaged in plenty of time and let me know they would be later than expected because they were finishing up the previous job.

The guys did a great job replacing every single moldy sheet of OSB with fresh, reshingling, and venting. They cleaned up really well. It is a HUGE relief to have this job done quickly and well and to know that my family will stay healthy because of it. Thank you AJ!

I had a chimney leak on my home in Davenport. This is been a problem for sometime. I tucked pointed it, I had new flashing installed nothing would stop it from leaking. I talked to Ajay he looked at it right away and gave me a quote the same day. I was a little skeptical because of all I've been through with this chimney, but they solve the problem. I'm happy to report I haven't had any leaks and they even fix the piece of siding that it came off in a windstorm for no extra charge. I was very happy with the work they did!!
